To help us review your request faster, include:

• The email address on your account
• Your order number or payment receipt email if this is about billing
• Your task ID or generation page screenshot if this is about a result
• The model, duration, resolution, reference, or audio settings involved

We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.

Billing and Credits

If credits do not appear after payment, send your account email and order details so we can compare checkout and credit records. If a paid generation fails or returns no usable media, send the task ID and screenshots so we can review the task state.

For plan questions, share the workflow you expect to run: model, clip length, resolution, batch size, and whether you need privacy or commercial use.

Product Questions

If you are evaluating SOTA AI Video, describe the shot and the result you need rather than naming a model alone. Tell us whether you need text-to-video, image-to-video, or video-to-video; whether audio, identity consistency, camera control, speed, or cost matters most; and how many outputs you plan to test.

Please only upload images, videos, audio, logos, people, and brand assets you have the right to use. Before uploading sensitive materials, review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

For billing safety, we will never ask you to email card numbers, passwords, or private payment credentials.
